1)Data we collect.

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register and download the Mobile Application (The App) and express an interest in obtaining information about us, our services and products. Personal information provided by you is required for the operation of The App, and the setting up of the account is:

• Name • Email Address • Mobile Number

Registration for The App is by invitation only upon receipt of an Agent Code. Completion of downloading the The App is acceptance of our Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use. If you do not wish to continue with the services or you did not request an invitation then do not continue to download The App.

Information we Automatically Collect

We automatically collect certain information when you navigate and use the Services such as IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country, location, information about how and when you use our Services, and other technical information. This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our Services, and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes.

f)To fulfil and manage your enquires and bookings where you have requested further information. Your details will be passed on to third party tour operators, in accordance with our Booking Terms and Conditions to facilitate this request.

a)With suppliers - in order to provide products or services requested by you we share personal data with suppliers of your travel arrangements, including airlines, hotels and insurance providers. In many cases such suppliers will themselves separately be controllers of your personal data.

b)We share personal information with the other companies in our group where necessary for them to be involved, including in providing services you have requested.

c)With third party service providers and technical support service providers to helps us improve our services and products including servicing and providing technical support where required

5)How do we keep your information safe.

We have implemented appropriate and reasonable technical measures for the protection and security of your data. Although it cannot be 100% secure, but we will do out best to protect your personal information. Transmission to and from our Services is at your own risk and you should only do so within a secure environment.

6)Account information

If you wish to opt out of any our marketing emails, simply click the unsubscribe link in the email in the footer which is at the bottom of the email.

If you are still receiving emails from us, this will be from different marketing channels, of which you will need to unsubscribe from each of our group’s marketing channels

To ensure that a bulk removal of all of our marketing campaigns, you will need to speak to your Travel Consultant directly or submit your request to Marketing@notjusttravel.co.uk

If you wish to stop receiving Push Notifications from The App, you can do so in your devices settings.

If you wish to no longer have The App and close your account, you can do so be contacting us at Marketing@notjusttravel.co.uk deleting The App will only delete the App from your mobile devices, it will not alert the marketing team you no longer wish to receive marketing campaigns from the App via other mediums.

7)What will happen when I request to be removed?

As is your right, you have the right to be forgotten, if this is your request, you must state so.

However, upon your request to terminate your account we will deactivate you from our Mobile App Services. Your information will remain for internal data services only, for improvements and analyses only. This will allow us to internally provide data to see where improvements can be made for future developments.

Because it is in our legitimate interest to use your personal information to operate and improve our business as a travel agency your data will remain stored securely for this purpose only.

If you have purchased other services from us, such as bookings, please visit our Booking Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policies relating to those other services.
